As we all challenged ourselves during the COVID – 19 pandemic, we are happy, hopeful, and excited to share with you new summer experiences in Mykonos Essence.
We welcome our guests, having refreshed our ways and protocols to provide you with a safe and carefree environment without sacrificing pampering and comfort during your stay at Mykonos Essence.
Check-in / Check out
- Contactless check-in and check-out
- Before arrival, our team will contact you regarding your personal preferences on service and interaction
- Check-in 11.00 am and check out at 3.00 pm for proper sanitization of each room
- Porter service is provided only upon request
Housekeeping
- Additional amenities, antiseptics, and masks will be available upon request
- All non-necessary amenities and services, such as magazines, menus, decorative items, have been removed from the rooms
- Daily room cleaning is provided regularly unless our guests prefer otherwise
- Linens and fabric surfaces are washed and sanitized at above 70°C
Additional services
- An on-call medical professional provides health care services upon request and when in need
- Self-tests are provided at the property upon request.
Bar / Restaurant / Pool area
- Proper distance is maintained between chairs and tables. We recommended that you book a table beforehand to ensure availability
- A maximum of 20 persons is allowed in the water at the same time
- Sunbeds are sanitized before and after use by different guests
Our team
- Our personnel is fully informed and trained according to the operating protocols set by the Ministries of Health and Tourism.
- All members of the hotel team make sure to serve our guests wearing a mask and keeping a distance of at least 1.5 meters
